描述

產(chǎn)品介紹  不溶于水，微溶于醇、丙酮，易溶于乙醚、氯仿。在25℃，PH2.0的水中溶度為1%，在PH5-12水中溶解度低于50ppm。丙酮中溶解度為28G/L，苯2.3g/l，氯仿0.8g/L。甲醇9.3g/L，二甲基亞砜80g/L，二甲基甲酰胺39.0g/L。在水、酸、堿性溶液中均穩(wěn)定。無(wú)臭，無(wú)味。

生化機(jī)理  Thiabendazole inhibits anaerobic respiration at the level of mitochondrial helminth-specific enzyme. It acts as a quinol-fumarate reductase (QFR) inhibitor in ,C. jejuni and H. pylori, blocking quinol oxidation to quinone. Thiabendazole suppresses egg and larval production and may inhibit the subsequent development of eggs and larvae which are passed in feces2. A proposed route of biotransformation of thiabendazole is the CYP1A2-catalyzed hydroxylation to 5-hydroxythiabendazole, which is metabolized to glucuronide and sulfate conjugates.

應(yīng)用  內(nèi)吸性殺菌劑。能防止多種植物的真菌病害，用于處理收獲后的水果和蔬菜，可防止貯存中發(fā)生的上些病害，目前國(guó)內(nèi)外已廣泛應(yīng)用。例如，柑桔用500-1000ppm藥液浸，防治貯存期青霉病，綠霉病。香蕉用750-1500ppm藥液浸，防治貯存期冠腐病，炭疽病，還可用500-1000ppm藥液浸蘋(píng)果。梨，菠蘿、葡萄、草莓、甘藍(lán)、白菜、番茄、蘑菇、甜菜、甘蔗等，防治貯存期丙害。
