生化機(jī)理Aluminum oxide is an inorganic compound used as a grinding or blending agent. In addition, Aluminum oxide can be essential in protein extraction as a component in the preparation of tissues. Aluminum oxide is a source of aluminum in reactions, an abrasive agent, and as a refractory material. Furthermore, Aluminum oxide has a relatively high thermal conductivity of 30 Wm1K1. Also Aluminum oxide can act as a catalyst in a variety of reactions such as the Claus process and in the dehydration of alcohols to alkenes.
